Covid-19 Policy

This will be revised and updated accordingly according to Government guidelines.

Our promise to you:

Not symptomatic

A photographer will not attend if they or anyone in their household is displaying any symptoms of covid-19.

 

Safe travel to commission location

We will always travel alone wherever possible (ie in private car, walking or cycle)

We will only use public transport if absolutely necessary and if so:

We will observe 2m distancing rules

We will wear a mask for the entire journey

Safety on commission

We will wash our hands on arrival and as necessary on location

Only where appropriate, we will wear a mask (owned personally by each photographer)

We will carry hand sanitiser and use at any appropriate times

We will observe 2m distancing rules

For construction sites, please note we have our own PPE gear.

Commissioning Client Responsibility:

Your assurance that you will notify us of any virus outbreak at your location before we attend any commission, at which point a joint decision can be made about whether it is is safe and appropriate to attend.

Pre-send us any special instructions and precautions that you are taking to ensure safety for all at your location.

Arrange for a photographer to meet a designated representative on arrival in order to discuss any potential risks and/or special measures on location at the time.
