Project Management

Don’t know what you need for your campaign or marketing initiative?  We will untangle it and have a flexible approach to working, so will fit in with your systems to get you where you need to be – creative, logistic or technical.  We will deliver it.

Case Study

Just over a year ago, we started working with Visit Brighton on a fabulous project called The Living Coast (and sister project The Living Coast by Bike).

For those of you that are not aware (we weren’t) Brighton is part of a UNESCO designated urban biosphere reserve. The Living Coast stretches between Newhaven and Shoreham-by-Sea and up past Ditchling, Upper Beeding and Glynde (including Lewes).

The Problem

The team at the Living Coast needed to work out how to visualise the most significant parts of their story.  So issues were mostly around what photographs were needed and how to logistically gather them. Then there was the problem of making sure that the licensing model was appropriate and the gathering of model releases. NB It was also at the beginning of 2020, so there were lockdowns and bad weather to navigate.

The Solution

We devised a system that we could all access online where we broke down a list of images we felt would be relevant within an agreed budget.  We then worked out logistics, arranged models and site visits when possible.  Images were provided on a gallery that allowed the Living Coast team to choose the photographs they felt worked best for them.  All relevant paperwork and images were then provided for them to start promoting the initiative.
