About Me

Professional Photographer Brighton and the South Coast

I’m a Brighton-based award-winning photographer and have spent the last 30 years creating powerful images for a range of organisations large and small.

Drawing from my time in the fast paced and varied world of photojournalism, I bring a keen eye for detail and use my experience to create powerful standout pictures.

I enjoy working with clients to translate their vision into captivating impactful visuals that elevate their marketing and PR campaigns.

Over the past few years, I’ve worked extensively with schools, collaborating with the marketing team to craft engaging standout prospectuses and compelling content for their websites and social media channels. By leveraging photography as a powerful storytelling tool, I’ve helped convey their unique identity and values to a wider audience and transformed their printed and digital platforms into vibrant showcases of educational excellence and aspiration.

I have extensive local media and business contacts which can be helpful,  and shoot football at Brighton and Hove Albion for a national sports agency, it’s an eclectic range of commissions and never dull!

Get in touch if you like to chat about how I can work with you to create great visuals.

Community.

I am privileged to work with many charities and community organisations, with some pro-bono work and offer charity discounts.

Here are some of the wonderful things I’ve been involved in:

Martlets Hospice

Vervate have been official photographers for all of their previous art trails around the city, and as ever I had an amazing time supporting them for the Shaun by the Sea campaign.  Vervate’s sponsored sheep, Dazzle, created by the fantastic Art+Believe, also raised £4,800.

Working with Pedal People – a wonderful local charity whereby volunteer cycle pilots ride out together with elder care homes residents – so they can feel the wind in their hair.  We are really looking forward to providing them with a great set of imagery that really does them justice.
